DIY scrub with only 3 ingredients

With only 3 ingredients & only 3 easy steps, make your own soothing nourishing body scrub. With three simple and all-natural ingredients, this scrub will leave you a smooth, glowing nourished and hydrated skin. 


  • 5 tablespoons of non-refined seasalt (Himalayan salt will give it a nice pink-orange color)
  • 4 tablespoons any vegetable oil, like almond oil (or abricot, camelia oil)
  • 3 drops of peppermint
  • 3 drops of lavender
  • 1 drop of cypress (If you don’t have all these oils, choose out of one of these, they all work out great!)

step 1: Pour the salt & vegetable oil in a glass container and mix
step 2: Add the essential oils of your choice listed bellow and swirl and close the lid so the aromas stay inside the glass container
step 3: Ready to Use while showering or in your bath tub It’s so nourishing you won’t need body cream.
